Instructions
Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning and water until browned and flavorful.
Prepare rice and set aside.
Dice tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and mash avocado with lime juice and salt.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, cheese, corn, beans, and toppings.
Garnish with cilantro, hot sauce, and serve.
