Instructions
Marinate chicken with ingredients; set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Mix noodle sauce ingredients; set aside.
Soak noodles in boiling water 20-30 seconds, drain.
Cook chicken until browned; remove and set aside.
Stir-fry carrots, scramble eggs, then add noodles and sauce; toss to coat.
Return chicken, add greens, toss briefly, then serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the noodles during soaking; they will cook further in the pan.
