Instructions
Heat a skillet, sauté onions and peppers until softened.
Add spices, toast for 1 minute, then add broth, tomatoes, and beans. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in couscous, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork, add lime juice and cilantro, toss, and serve.
