Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Pour in broth, add salmon, and cook 5 minutes, stirring gently.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, simmer 3 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
